Wahid Founder & Ceo of The Fort Cuisine Of India Formerly Known as Red Fort got Introduced To Harpal Singh owner Of Mumbai House Indian Cuisine Started working there 2003 and worked as a bus boy with no English at all but he was motivated and he did not settle he always finished his job and went to the kitchen because his real passion was cooking and always would ask the chefs what they needed and would get it done and always did things without having to be told . The first month he got a raise then 6/7  month later started working in the kitchen after the year was working on the line as a cook his  love for Indian spices and a desire to share the flavors was unmatched . Though not born in India, our founder's passion for cooking and dedication to mastering traditional Indian recipes have set us apart as the go-to destination for authentic Indian cuisine in Layton Utah.
